The service was exceptional, with the front desk calling to take our dinner order when we arrived late. Breakfast included a variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit and juice. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and free of bugs. We will definitely return to this tropical paradise for our future visits.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The bungalows, located right on the water, provided a cozy and comfortable stay. The air conditioning in the rooms was a great addition. The front desk staff were really good too ensure our comfort, even arranging a delicious dinner for us when we arrived late. The rooms were quiet and the air conditioning made for a comfortable night's sleep. Although isolated, the peaceful location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. we highly recommend this hotel for a amazing experience.

Beautiful Rooms and Serenity Located on a private island, this resort offered a serene, romantic atmosphere for my romantic escape. the individual cabins perched over the water were beautiful, providing spectacular water views. the island was surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect place for a quiet retreat. the staff was welcoming and friendly.

Lack of Amenities and Isolation Despite the beautiful rooms and serene location, the lack of amenities was disappointing. There was no wifi in the rooms, and the electrical outlets were limited.

This lakeside resort was a hidden gem! The views were breathtaking, and the resort was incredibly peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious! Another advantage was the refreshing pool, perfect for a swim on a warm day. the location was ideal, with easy access to water taxis for exploring nearby shops and restaurants.

The lack of activities outside of the resort. There weren't any nearby walks or things to do, and the resort felt a bit isolated.

Located downstream from the majority of town, Hotel Catamaran Rio Dulce offers a unique experience just outside of the hotel in the river. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a good range of foods, including fresh fruit and tasty pancakes. The hotel also has a pool and pool-side bar for guests to enjoy.

The Wi-Fi only works in the main reception area.

The complementary hot chocolate and pumpkin pie were a nice touch during our Thanksgiving stay. The hotel's location near the lake made for beautiful views from the bungalows. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and feeding the fish.

The bungalows were very basic and could use some updates. The shower had poor water pressure and the hot water was inconsistent.
